▷ Dx. : Right hemiplegia d/t corona radiata infarction
▷ On set :
▷ PI : 우측 상하지 위약감으로 인천성모병원 내원하여 상기진단하에
급성기 치료후 퇴원
▷ Dominant hand : Lt. hand
→ 아프기 전 우세손은 Rt.hand 셨음
▷ O&P : cane 사용하여 이동함
▷ Social History : 과거에 주부로 집에서 있으셨음
▷ Education : 초등학교 졸업
▷ Family relationship
▷ Care-giver : 아버님, 따님
▷ General Impression :
- cane을 사용하여 독립적으로 들어오셔서 자리에 앉음
- 혼자서 의자에 앉거나 매트로 누우실 수 있음
- 활동에 적극적이지만 연세로 인해 금방 지침
